What is cutQ?

cutQ is a mobile food takeaway app, that helps you skip the queue and have your food ready for you. All you need to do is pick it up at the scheduled time.

Simply download the FREE app from the App Store or Google Play store onto your phone and sign up for an account with us. You can then begin ordering! 

Choose your favourite café or restaurant and place your order! Once the merchant confirms your order with your collection time, you will receive your phone receipt. Simply make your way to the cafe head straight for the collection point. Flash the friendly staff your phone and they will present you with your order! Done!

How much does it cost?

cutQ is absolutely FREE! It’s a service we truly believe in that would make your life easier. And aren't the best things in life for free? 

I don’t see some of my favourite cafes on your app. How do I get them in?

We’re always on the lookout for what you would like. So please suggest your favourite cafes to us on our Facebook page or email it to sales@cutQ.sg and we’ll get right on it!

Where can I send my compliments and suggestions for cutQ and its merchants?

We’d love to hear from you! Send it in via the cutQ app or send it to us via the Contact Us page!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa or Mastercard and once you’ve entered your credit card details once, it’ll be saved securely and you’ll never have to enter it in again! This makes your next orders faster and easier.

Can I combine orders from different merchants?

No, you can’t. You’ll have to send in individual orders to each merchant, but you can send in multiple orders to the same merchant, just in case your friend wants to “tompang” (add to) your order.

How far in advance can I place my order?

Advanced orders can be scheduled anywhere from half an hour to 2 days in advance.

What do I do if I want to cancel my order?

Just after you confirm your credit card payment, you have 10 seconds to change your mind. Once the order has been sent to the merchant and accepted, you aren’t able to cancel your order anymore as payment has been made.

What happens if my phone dies after placing the order?

If the merchant has responded with a confirmation, simply go down to the store at the slated time to collect as they will have your details on record. If you haven’t received a confirmation, please call the merchant directly to check the status of your order.

What do I do if my phone is lost or stolen?

Don’t worry, no one can send in a cutQ order without your password.

I forgot my password!

You can simply reset your password at the login screen, and your password will be sent to your email address!

What is the cutQ Merchant app?

The cutQ Merchant app links cutQ customers to the merchant app, thereby helping you better manage your takeaway orders digitally. It is a seamless, easy to use process from customers to F&B merchant.

How long does it take before my store is live on the app?

This can all be done in a day or two once you give us the greenlight! We’re fast to implement and easy to use.
